I started working as a caregiver at Bella Group Home, at first it was just a job that I had, but as time progress I started to see my career path. Bella Group Home allowed me the opportunity to find passion in nursing. With the guidance and influence of some senior Nurses, I was able to get my CNA license. With no more than a year late I graduated as an LPN. All that was possible with the help and support of the people there. There are many more reasons that make me love and enjoying working at Bella Group Home. I have always spoken highly of Bella and have recommended the company anytime there is an opening. Bella is a company that listens to you and always has room to improve.

Bella was my first job starting out in the nursing field coming from working in restaurants. I always had a passion for caring for others and finally decided to find a job that gave me the opportunity to do that. With no experience and being turned down from several jobs Bella gave me a chance and hired me as a Care Aide. I was welcomed with open arms and trained very well by Bellas care team of RNs and LPNs and care staff. I am continuing to learn and grow with Bella and enjoy working with each resident.

I began my career with Bella senior living back in 2016. I started out as a med tech/ care aide and within a year I worked my way up to becoming manager of the facility in Daytona Beach. After being a manager for a year I was encouraged to take the Assisted Living Facility Core Competency Test to become the administrator of the facility and with much preparation and encouragement from Bella I did just that in 2018. Today I manage the home in Apopka, Daytona Beach, and soon will be over the new home in Orlando Florida. Each year since I’ve been working here I have reached a new goal and progressed in my career as an Administrator. Without the support of Bella and having a team that genuinely believed in me I don’t believe I would be were I am today. I’m so grateful and forever thankful to be apart of such a hardworking company and team that cares about its employees not as a worker but as a person.
