Personal Support, where you need it.
Personal Support service can provide access to community-based activities. We typically provide this service to clients in the comfort of their own home. We also deliver this service in our group home.
The care that we provide in our group is similar to personal support service such as:
- Eating, bathing, dressing
- Personal Hygiene
- Mobility and Transportation
- Community activities to encourage community integration
- Preventing slips and falls by working on patient balance
- Administering medications
